WE deliver fast!

Orders placed Monday through Saturday by 2:00pm Malaysia Time(GMT +8:00) will generally leave our warehouse by the next business day(does not included Saturday & Sunday). Orders placed after 2:00pm Malaysia Time(GMT +8:00) or on Sunday and holidays will generally leave our warehouse within 2 business days.

Once your product(s) has delivered, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as well as a shipment tracking number for your order.

When Will I Get It?

Most orders are fulfilled and out the door within 2 business days. Business Days are defined as: Monday through Friday and excludes most Malaysia public holidays. For Malaysia customer, once your order delivered, it will take 1 to 2 business days to arrive on your address.

What kind of courier services are you using?

For delivery within Malaysia, we will use Kangaroo Express, Skynet Express, ABX Express or PosLaju.

How much is your delivery charges?

For delivery within Peninsular Malaysia, we are charging a flat rate of RM5 for all orders. If your orders are above RM38, you will be entitled for FREE Delivery.

For delivery to Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan, we are charging a flat rate of RM10 for all orders.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship to oversea by charging an AFFORDABLE rate. We offer 2 shipping options, one being International Express Courier (2-5 business days delivery) & the other option is Registered Priority Air Mail (7-15 business days delivery). Both options are with tracking number and will be emailed shortly after we have delivered your parcel so that you will have a peace of mind. Please kindly check the below table for the shipping rate.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you may return any unworn & unwashed products for a replacement or refund within 15 days of receipt.

Delivery charges will not be refunded, and return delivery cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
